Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant, Unit located at Motaponda( Vapi-Gujarat). The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering data into SAP Software, performing and maintaining data integrity. Verifying accuracy of data, ensuring confidentiality, assisting with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data in SAP modules
• Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Generate reports and support various departments with data extraction
• Assist in reconciling and validating SAP records
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth data flow and operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator with SAP (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools
