Job Description

As a Data Engineering Manager at GoKwik, you will lead a team of data engineers and collaborate with various teams to design and implement data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for designing the data architecture to drive valuable insights for the company. - Lead and guide the data engineering team in developing optimal data strategies based on business needs - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data models, architectures, pipelines, and applications - Ensure data optimization processes, manage data governance, security, and analysis - Hire and mentor top talent within the team You will also be responsible for managing data delivery through dashboards, visualizations, and reports, ensuring data quality and security, designing and launching new data models and pipelines, and fostering a data-driven culture within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant field - Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Engineering - Strong project management skills - Proficiency in SQL and relational databases - Experience in building data pipelines and architectures - Familiarity with data transformation processes - Working knowledge of AWS cloud services If you are independent, resourceful, analytical, and adept at problem-solving, with excellent communication skills, and looking to be part of a high-growth startup that values innovation and customer-centricity, GoKwik invites you to join their team.,
