Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our data engineering team, responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Lead a team of data engineers to develop and maintain large-scale data systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for data engineering, ensuring high-quality code and testing.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data systems and provide timely resolutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Strong experience in data engineering, preferably in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale data systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database design principles.
