About the Role

Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain
end-to-end data pipelines
integrating diverse data sources into
Incorta
and
BigQuery
.
Develop and optimize
data models, schemas, and dashboards
in Incorta to support business reporting and analytics.
Implement
data ingestion, transformation, and validation
using SQL and GCP-native tools such as
Dataflow
,
Cloud Composer (Airflow)
,
Pub/Sub
, and
Cloud Storage
.
Build efficient
ETL/ELT workflows
ensuring data accuracy, quality, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data analysts, business users, and product owners—to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Automate data refreshes, monitor data pipelines, and ensure
high performance and availability
of data systems.
Support
data governance, performance tuning
, and
security compliance
across cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on expertise in
Incorta
(schema design, ingestion, data modeling, dashboard/report development).
Proficiency in
SQL
and
Google BigQuery
with experience in
GCP Data Services
.
Solid understanding of
data warehousing concepts
,
ETL/ELT design
, and
data modeling
(Star/Snowflake).
Working knowledge of
Python or Shell scripting
for automation and orchestration.
Familiarity with
GCP ecosystem tools
: Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
Experience with
Git
and
CI/CD practices
for managing and deploying data pipelines.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and problem-solving
skills.
