Data Engineer – AI-Powered Marketing Personalisation Platform


🌐 Remote | 🧑‍💻 Full-Time | 📊 5+ Years Experience


We are seeking a Data Engineer to help build and scale our next-generation AI-driven marketing personalisation platform (V2.0)


Key Responsibilities:


Data Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Design multi-database systems (MongoDB, Redis, Milvus, Neo4j, BigQuery)
  • Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and high-throughput optimisation


Vector & Graph Systems

  • Optimise Milvus for semantic search
  • Build Neo4j graph models
  • Develop a hybrid vector + graph + text search


ML & Analytics Infrastructure

  • Create pipelines for LLM fine-tuning and GNN training
  • Manage lineage, versioning, and A/B testing
  • Build BigQuery schemas, dashboards, and observability


Tech Stack:


MongoDB | Redis | Milvus | Neo4j | BigQuery

Airflow/Prefect | Pandas/Polars | dbt | Spark

vLLM | MLflow | PyTorch | TensorFlow

GCP | Docker | Kubernetes | Terraform

Python | SQL | Bash


Requirements:


Must Have

  • 5+ years of data engineering experience
  • Strong Python and SQL
  • Experience across SQL/NoSQL/Vector/Graph DBs
  • Built large-scale pipelines (1M+ records/day)
  • Data modelling and performance optimisation
  • BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake experience


Nice to Have

  • Milvus/Pinecone/Weaviate
  • Neo4j or other graph DBs
  • Feature store or ML infra experience
  • Martech/CDP background
