Data Collection Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect attendee and exhibitor information through on-site surveys, forms, and interviews during exhibitions
• Assist in setting up digital kiosks or mobile apps for data entry and lead capture
• Record and organize feedback on visitor experience, product interest, and buying intent
• Ensure high accuracy and completeness in data collection across multiple formats
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align on data objectives
• Assist in compiling and cleaning data for post-event reporting and presentations
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of collected information
• Support other event tasks related to crowd management and visitor engagement when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred: marketing, business, or event management)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using basic mobile apps, Google Forms, or Excel
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public event environments
• Willing to travel to different cities for exhibitions
• Prior experience in exhibitions, event management, or field surveys is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of lead capture or CRM tools (e.g., Leadsquared, Zoho, HubSpot)
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse visitor profiles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
