We’re looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to join our team and help deliver engaging B2C exhibitions such as lifestyle expos, shopping festivals, and consumer fairs. You'll be the engine behind smooth event execution — from planning to dismantling. 🎯 What You’ll Do: ✅ Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless event setup ✅ Manage floor plans, stall fabrication, and branding implementation ✅ Supervise onsite operations — setup, utilities, crowd flow, safety, and hygiene ✅ Ensure excellent visitor experience through well-organized logistics ✅ Handle permissions, venue liaison, and compliance documentation ✅ Lead post-event closure, feedback, and vendor settlements 🛠️ What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of operations experience in B2C exhibitions or large-scale public events Strong coordination, vendor management & multitasking skills Comfort working under pressure and on weekends during event days Working knowledge of MS Office; layout/event tools are a plus Bachelor's degree in Event Management / Business / Hospitality or similar Excellent communication and problem-solving attitude 🌟 Bonus If You Have: Experience with events in malls, convention centers, or consumer expos Knowledge of safety & compliance standards in public event spaces Open for travelling 📩 How to Apply Send your resume to marketing@gsmktg.com Show more Show less
