Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Manager to take care of the maintenance and operations of our Data Center. The person should have a strong engineering background and good knowledge of handling all important systems in a Data Center like power, cooling, security, and more. The goal is to make sure the Data Center runs smoothly 24/7 without any issues. Main Responsibilities: Handle daily operations and maintenance of all Data Center systems. Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians. Make sure critical systems like UPS, HVAC (cooling), diesel generators, fire systems, CCTV, access control, and building monitoring systems are working properly. Plan regular maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Work with outside vendors and service teams for support and maintenance. Keep the Data Center safe, secure, and running as per government and company rules. Prepare reports on Data Center performance and any incidents. Support planning for future growth of the Data Center. Work on improving the efficiency and cost of operations. What We Need: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar engineering field. Minimum 7 years of work experience in Data Center operations . Good knowledge of critical systems and how a Data Center works. Understanding of safety and maintenance standards. Experience using monitoring tools and Building Management Systems (BMS). Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage vendors and service providers. Nice to Have (Optional): Certifications in Data Center Management like DCCP, PMP, ITIL, etc. Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and TIA-942. Show more Show less
