Data & Program Lead – Digital - Global Procurement

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track digital procurement projects, including timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
Support implementation and optimization of digital procurement tools.
Collaborate with procurement managers, finance, and hotel teams to gather requirements and align processes.
Perform supplier/product data cleansing and build KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
Identify opportunities to automate procurement processes through digital tools.
Provide operational support and resolve issues for procurement systems.
Acquire, manage, and maintain data from multiple sources and databases.
Prepare project documents, including meeting minutes and reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in
IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics
, or related field.
5–8 years of
project management experience
(preferably in procurement digital systems).
Prior experience in a
global company
; hospitality sector experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Hands-on expertise with:

Project Management Tools
(MS Project, Smartsheet)
Methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Analytics Tools
(Power BI, Tableau)
Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint

Familiar with
procurement/sourcing systems
and hotel operations.
Strong stakeholder management, ability to work independently as well as in a team.
