Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Operations team at Tijus Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy, visualization, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and manage data from various internal and external sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with different teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain CRM data (preferably HubSpot) for quality and consistency.
• Conduct customer and campaign analysis to support business strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through regular validation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data workflows.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in a data analysis or similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data cleaning and data quality processes.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Python for automation or statistical analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, or predictive analytics.
• Exposure to data warehousing or BI tools.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Power BI Certification
• HubSpot Certification
