Job Description

The key objective of the OTC data stewardship team is to have clean service contracts and customer entitlements within the organization. This role will act as a primary data analyst supporting the team in this endeavor.

What you will do:

Identify data integrity issues related to customer contracts.
Design resolution options for identified data integrity issues.
Work with other OTC Data Stewardship team members to understand the process for resolution.
Perform data analysis on Precisely business systems to drive process improvement.
Contribute to creation of data policies to increase the integrity of customer contract and entitlement data.

What we are looking for:

Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Relational Databases and Structured Query Language (SQL).
Problem solving skills to detect the causes of errors in the data and to determine solutions that protect the integrity of the data.
Previous experience in other data focused jobs.
The ability to work effectively from home.
Preferred Requirements :
- Familiarization with Precisely OTC process and Entitlement Objects.
- Python, Silectis Magpie.
- Process mining experience a plus.
- Expertise with Precisely data quality products.
- Salesforce workbench / data loader.
- Data Science certification.
