Job Overview:

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions
Design and generate reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from complex data sources
Collaborate with business units to define metrics and track KPIs
Develop and automate regular reports to improve operational efficiency
Support A/B testing and other experimentation initiatives
Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling concepts
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Knowledge of business operations or domain-specific metrics (e.g., marketing, finance, product)
