About the Role

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and other tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate outputs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through verbal and written communication.

Mandatory Skills

Advanced Excel proficiency
(Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboarding).
Excellent communication skills
(both written and verbal).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., IT, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering).
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical/reporting role.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
