Job Description

Role Briefing: Data Analyst Marketing Measure (AVP Role)

1. Role Expectations:

Candidate must be strong in
storytelling
and translating data into clear business insights.
Looking for
core analytics professionals
not dashboard developers.

Not focused on Tableau/Power BI.
Focus on solving
real business problems using data
.

Strong in
SQL
(expected at this level).
Python
basic working knowledge is required.
Should have hands-on experience
working directly with stakeholders
.

2. Experience & Seniority Requirements:

Minimum
6+ years of experience
(strictly not less).
Should be capable of managing senior stakeholders, coaching team members, and handling people responsibilities (AVP-level expectations).
The role will be
team-based
, requiring leadership maturity.

4. Candidate Quality & Background Preferences:

Domain is
not mandatory
– candidates from any industry/domain are acceptable.
Must be
top-performing analysts
with strong fundamental analytics skills.
Preference for candidates from
good universities/colleges
(IIT, IIM, Tier-1 MBA schools, top engineering institutes).
