• Build and maintain detailed competitor intelligence reports.
• Assess competitor service offerings, pricing models, strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation strategies.
• Benchmark our services against competitors to recommend improvements.

Business Opportunity Identification

• Evaluate new geographies, sectors, and service lines for expansion.
• Identify potential clients, partnerships, and business opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Support business development teams with target account lists based on research findings.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyse data from multiple sources (industry reports, databases, surveys, and internal tools).
• Prepare actionable research reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and sales teams.
• Provide insights to support sales forecasting, market entry strategies, and GTM plans.

Customer & Segment Insights

• Study customer needs, buying behaviour, and outsourcing trends across sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, legal, e-commerce, telecom, etc.
