, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene, and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Position: Data Analyst Logistics

• Salary Bracket: 6-7 lakhs/annum
• Years of Experience: 2-5 years, preferably in a D2C/B2C start-up in logistics/operations role
  

Role Requirements:

• Derive actionable insights and work with the logistics team to improve the overall delivery-related metrics including time taken from order to delivery, compliance against delivery time promised to the customer, and cost per order amongst other metrics.
• Improve customer happiness by reducing customer escalations pertaining to order delivery.
• Compile dashboards to review performances of existing courier partners and drive enhancements in last mile operations.
• Prepare and automate detailed analysis to assist in data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify avenues for bettering customer experience with respect to logistics operations.
