JOB POSITION

Responsible for leading a team of WFM and Macro Developers. The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager/Manager and will work closely with leaders as well as various other stakeholders to help drive the strategic and organizational growth goals of the organization. The incumbent must possess in-depth knowledge of the US Health Care business and should have prior experience in managing a Team of 18 associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

WFM Lead Membership will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive continuous process improvements by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders and deliver as per timelines.
  • Maintain process related WFM and End to End dashboards. Ensure Team WFM Productivity levels are improved by enhancing various automations within reports.
  • Ensure to maintain centralized repository for: Inventory Management, Business Ops Support, TAT & Ageing Reports and Key KPI.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Membership P&L and SOT files to create yearly budget and forecast for various LOB s. Provide accurate Analysis and Forecasting strategically (12 24 months ahead) and tactically (16 - 26 weeks ahead) through historical data and trends.
  • Produce documented analysis and reporting on performance for decision making on a weekly/monthly basis. Will assist in the training, coaching, and evaluate performance of associates

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor s or Master s degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Must have good communication skills, good working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, Power BI and preferably Tableau along with other Windows based programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner.
  • 8+ years in Workforce Management with 2-7 years of lead experience preferred. Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills (Microsoft Tools).
