Job Description

Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and engagement, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and customer service teams.Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy to improve service delivery and user experience across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Collect data from diverse sources.
Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Perform EDA to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within platform and business data.
Utilize data visualization tools for effective data presentation.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, engagement metrics, and customer feedback across platforms and verticals.
Identify areas for improvement based on analysis.
Inform strategic decision-making.
Track performance over time.
Identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and initiatives for each business vertical.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to service delivery, user experience, and business performance across verticals.
Employ supervised learning for predictive modeling (churn, behavior).
Employ unsupervised learning for user segmentation.
Use NLP for sentiment analysis and topic extraction from text.
Explore deep learning for complex data like images or sequences, enhancing analytical capabilities and insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with EDA and KPI monitoring.
Experience in Data Modeling would be an advantage.
