About the Role

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize
complex SQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Use
Python (Intermediate)
for data processing, automation, and basic scripting.
Design and maintain
dashboards
in Tableau or Google Data Studio for tracking KPIs and generating insights.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into data solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support business teams with
ad-hoc analysis
to solve strategic and operational problems.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

Advanced SQL expertise
with strong experience in joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
Python (Intermediate level):
knowledge of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and ability to automate workflows.
Hands-on experience with
data visualization tools
Tableau or Google Data Studio.
Strong
stakeholder management
and ability to independently drive conversations.
Excellent
business acumen
and problem-solving mindset.
Strong
communication skills
with the ability to present complex data in simple terms.
