Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful intern to assist in expanding our content library. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content acquisition, lead generation, and client relationship management within the children's media industry. You will be working directly with our content creation team, gaining valuable insight into the processes of developing and expanding a comprehensive content library.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive content/story acquisition plan.
Research and identify potential content creators, publishers, and popular YouTube channels.
Conduct outbound email and phone outreach to generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with potential content providers.
Build and maintain positive relationships.
Assist in content contract negotiations.
Research trends in children's audio and story content.
Analyze platforms like Netflix Kids, YouTube Kids, and other popular kid entertainment/edutainment channels.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Visual Communication or a related field.
Strong interest in children's media and content.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in online research.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Strong verbal and written skills.
