We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst to manage executive and board-level reporting, ensure data hygiene across our CRM and ERP systems, and support our business review cycle. The ideal candidate will work across functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Professional Services) and leverage tools such as NetSuite (SuiteProjects), Salesforce, and Zendesk to deliver strategic insights and streamline operations
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly Business Review Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly executive reports, board-level presentations, and business cycle summaries
Compile insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service departments
Support ad hoc analysis related to forecast, margin, and project status changes
System Reporting Maintenance
Create and optimize reports using ERP applications (like NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro).
Build and maintain dashboards on CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, ZenDesk)
Conduct audits among sales forecast deals, closed deals, and corresponding project records in ERP applications.
Support key metrics reporting for Top Accounts outside of monthly business review process.
Data Hygiene Quality
Identify and correct missing or inaccurate data entries, including: Timesheets,Project fields, budget, billing rules ,Forecasted hours, milestones, and statuses, Customer satisfaction and survey tracking (NPS, CSAT)
Documentation Training Support
Compile and maintain user guides for CRM, time tracking, and project management tools Help document the monthly reporting cadence and best practices for cross-functional teams
Key Job Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field
2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Business Analytics, or FPA roles
Hands-on experience with ERP application (NetSuite or Suite Projects Pro preferred)
Advanced reporting knowledge, CRM Admin a plus.
Knowledge of relationship NPS/CSAT measurement processes
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus
Strong understanding of project accounting, forecasting, and billing structures
Experience with cross-functional reporting from marketing to customer service
Strong analytical mindset with a process improvement focus
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
Familiarity with SaaS metrics, customer success KPIs, and professional services operations is a bonus
