Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, surveys).
Build and maintain dashboards and HR reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Track and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, time to hire, diversity, performance, etc.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
Develop predictive models and trend analyses to forecast workforce needs and identify risks.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Support HR initiatives such as compensation reviews, DEI analysis, engagement surveys, and organizational planning.
Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
