Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, surveys).
  • Build and maintain dashboards and HR reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, time to hire, diversity, performance, etc.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Develop predictive models and trend analyses to forecast workforce needs and identify risks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support HR initiatives such as compensation reviews, DEI analysis, engagement surveys, and organizational planning.
  • Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
