Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with different teams (operations, product, and management) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analysis tools.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics to evaluate the company’s operational efficiency and delivery performance.
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize logistics, fleet performance, and cost management.
• Assist in developing strategies for improving overall operational and financial performance based on data analysis.
• Work with SQL and other database tools to manage data collection, transformation, and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce, or tech-driven industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce analytics is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
