Data Analyst Intern

A Data Analyst Intern supports senior analysts by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to find trends, creating visualizations (charts, dashboards) with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, and reporting insights to help teams make data-driven decisions, focusing on tasks like data prep, KPI tracking, and collaborating across departments. This role offers hands-on experience in data interpretation, contributing to projects in areas like operational efficiency or marketing, and is a stepping stone to understanding practical analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Preparation: Gather data from databases, sensors, spreadsheets; clean, preprocess, and validate it for accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Use tools (Excel, SQL, Python) to analyze datasets, identify patterns, correlations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Data Visualization: Create charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Power BI) to present findings.
• Reporting: Develop clear reports and summaries of analysis results, explaining complex data to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, design) to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Project Support: Assist in projects like improving operational efficiency, tracking digital channel performance, or building predictive models.
