Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. The candidate will work closely with the app development and marketing teams to monitor app performance, analyze user data, and provide insights to improve app growth, user engagement, and monetization.

Track and analyze app performance metrics using Firebase Analytics and other tools.
Conduct App R&D to identify new trends, features, and competitors’ strategies.Perform basic app testing to validate tracking setup and user flow.
Research and analyze ad performance, user behavior, and revenue reports.
Prepare regular data dashboards, reports, and insights for management.
Collaborate with developers and designers to improve app user experience based on data insights.
Assist in Ads R&D — researching best ad placements, platforms, and ROI.

Job Specification:

Education: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT), BCA, MCA, M.Sc (IT) or equivalent
Technical Skills: , App Testing, Google Play Console, Excel/Google Sheets, Basic SQL (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Tools Knowledge (Preferred): Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, App Annie,
Type of Role: Onsite – Surat Office
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
