Data Analyst Intern

who is passionate about working with real recruitment data and building actionable insights through

Power BI

and

Tableau

.

What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team and gain hands-on experience in using data to support recruitment and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Extracting, cleaning, and structuring data from our ATS (Ceipal) and other sources.
  • Building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to analyze:
    • Candidate skill clusters
    • Sourcing effectiveness
    • Recruitment funnel performance
    • Regional hiring trends
  • Creating clear visualizations and reports for internal teams and client presentations.
  • Identifying data gaps, patterns, and opportunities to optimize recruitment strategy.
  • Supporting business development with data-backed insights.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in Power BI and/or Tableau (academic or project experience is acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Power Query.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to summarize data findings clearly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
