Data Analyst Intern (Hybrid)

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Work Days: Monday - Saturday (6 days a week)
Shift Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm IST
Stipend: 6,000 INR per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our reporting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and sharing reports with relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and organise data from various sources
• Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per defined formats
• Ensure timely sharing of reports with respective internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data sources
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and improve existing dashboards
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all reported data

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, charts)
• Basic understanding of data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Direct mentorship from the Operations Manager on strategic planning and decision-making
• Exposure to managing multiple D2C client accounts and varied operational challenges
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools (Slack workflows, Google Sheets automations, reporting dashboards)
