Job Description

As a Data Analyst at our company located in Kaloor, Kochi, you will have the following responsibilities: - Manage SECR reporting for 6 clients, which includes tasks such as data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting. - Support CCA for 7 clients by reviewing energy invoices and filing Post-Period forms. - Assist with ESOS Phase 3 & 4 audits and preparation of evidence packs. - Independently handle DEC reporting with consultants. - Provide support for audits and compliance documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to ensure timely project delivery. - Monitor coordination inbox for prompt responses. - Upload signed contracts to shared folders. - Allocate resources (consultants and analysts) to various projects. - Maintain Salesforce by creating and updating opportunities, contracts, and services. - Set up project folders, update trackers, and send win notifications. Qualifications required: - Proficiency in English language. - Previous experience in data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of SECR reporting, ESOS audits, and DEC reporting will be an added advantage. Please note that the job type is full-time with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
