Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
Respond to patient queries regarding doctors’ schedules, appointments, services, billing, and reports.
Ensure accurate appointment bookings and confirmations.
Maintain and update the hospital’s patient communication database.
Guide and train telecalling team members to maintain call quality standards.
Monitor daily call logs, performance reports, and ensure adherence to scripts and SOPs.
Conduct regular feedback sessions for continuous improvement.
Promote hospital packages, health check-ups, and specialty services through outbound calls.
Follow up with patients post-consultation for feedback and satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and front office teams for lead conversion and patient engagement activities.
Maintain accurate call records and share daily/weekly reports with the reporting manager.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Address complex patient concerns and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Maintain a calm and patient approach in all communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹219,821.25 - ₹617,741.66 per year
