Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, GIS operations, system monitoring, or infrastructure project management.
(Experience in road sector or transport GIS projects preferred.)Roles and Responsibilities: Operate from the Central Operations Control Centre (COCC), Patna, as part of the core monitoring teaM Monitor real-time dashboards for survey progress, AI-detected defects, and system alerts. Validate field survey data, images, and map overlays received from district/division teams. Analyze geospatial datasets for road condition, defect frequency, and performance trends. Coordinate with field survey teams to ensure complete data coverage and accuracy. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards for senior officials. Support defect verification, escalation tracking, and performance score computation for contractors and divisions. Facilitate integration of AI outputs with GIS layers and generate analytical insights for decision-making. Ensure 24 7 operational readiness by working in rotational shifts and maintaining system uptime. Participate in system training, testing, and enhancements under the supervision of the Project Manager.
