The Data Analyst (H/F) plays a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Data Analyst ensures data accuracy, contributes to reporting processes, and enhances the organization’s ability to make data-driven decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Gather, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and key business insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support ongoing business needs.
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, finance, and product to understand data requirements.
• Support the creation of statistical models and forecasting tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular performance updates.
• Prepare presentations and summaries that translate data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Document analytical processes, methodologies, and data definitions.
• Stay informed about analytical tools, data governance practices, and industry trends to improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and reporting principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously improve analytical skills and processes.
