Data Analyst - Executive / Sr. Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy data analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and strategic insights to optimize hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR analytics, comfortable with large datasets, and capable of transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, source mix, funnel ratios, cost per hire)
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand data needs and deliver customized reports
• Ensure data integrity across reports and internal databases
• Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly hiring performance reports for leadership review
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement using data insights
• Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Assist in workforce planning and forecasting through predictive analytics

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Statistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in HR MIS, Talent Acquisition analytics, or similar roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRMS systems
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in large-scale hiring environments or shared services
• Exposure to HR analytics frameworks and KPI benchmarking
• Knowledge of Power BI and VBA
