About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing data organization. In this role, you will work with maritime and trade-related datasets, supporting data research, validation, integration, and transformation projects. Your contributions will help build robust data insights for customers while enhancing data quality and governance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze maritime and trade-related datasets, including ships, companies, ownership, sanctions, ports, and trade documents.
• Capture, validate, and update data from primary and secondary sources.
• Collaborate with in-country and regional experts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support data integration and migration projects, aligning datasets to new platforms.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights to improve customer experience.
• Maintain data quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 0–6 months of relevant work experience (freshers encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in the maritime industry and global trade data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
