Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, SQL, and Python.
Gather requirements and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance in reporting.
Automate recurring reports and support ad-hoc analysis needs.

Requirements

Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of performance tuning.
Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Previous BI and reporting experience in Marketing or Loyalty preferred.
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
