Dairy Technologist

About Us: Manilal Gagaldas Patel Sarvoday Kendra is a registered trust based in Amirgadh, Gujarat, working since 1960 toward the development of tribal communities. Our initiatives span education, agriculture, rural livelihoods, and dairy-based development. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Dairy Technologist to support our dairy programs by strengthening processing systems, improving quality control, and enhancing operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations in milk collection, processing, and packaging. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory bodies. Conduct quality control tests for milk and milk products. Monitor equipment and troubleshoot processing issues. Assist in development of dairy products. Prepare reports on quality parameters, process improvements, and inventory. Train and supervise production staff as needed. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw milk and materials. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Technology / Dairy Science / Food Technology or a related field. Sound knowledge of dairy processing and quality control systems. Familiarity with government regulations related to food safety and dairy standards. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
