Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dairy Technologist to oversee and manage the production of high-quality dairy products such as Ghee, Paneer, Buttermilk, and Lassi. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of dairy processing, product formulation, and quality assurance to maintain the White Country promise of purity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations for milk and value-added dairy products (Paneer, Ghee, Buttermilk, Lassi).
  • Develop and optimize processing parameters for consistency in taste, texture, and shelf life.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards (FSSAI compliance).
  • Monitor raw milk quality, standardization, and product formulation.
  • Maintain production logs, yield records, and wastage reports.
  • Supervise production staff and coordinate with the quality assurance team.
  • Innovate and develop new dairy products to expand the product portfolio.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.
  • Coordinate with procurement for raw material and packaging material requirements.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources and energy within the plant.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or Food Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in dairy product manufacturing (Ghee, Paneer, Buttermilk, Lassi).
  • Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, fermentation, and standardization processes.
  • Familiarity with automated dairy machinery and quality testing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food safety management systems (HACCP, ISO preferred).
