Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, posses strong communication skills, and have the ability to analyze sales data to support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Analysis : Maintain, update, and analyze sales records for Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Sales Executives to identify trends and insights.
• Reporting : Prepare and share timely and accurate sales reports with the assigned teams and heads.
• Coordination : Serve as a liaison between the sales team and management, ensuring smooth communication and document handling.
• Application Usage : Utilize internal software to maintain, manage, and analyze records.
• Team Support : Collect sales reports from the team and coordinate with department heads.
• Route Planning : Maintain and update the monthly route plan for sales personnel based on data insights.

Requirements:

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis functions.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work closely with the sales team and department heads.
