We are an FMCG company that is rapidly growing and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive our sales in the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned area that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay up-to-date with market trends and competition.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, trends, and results.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
• Stay updated with the latest product information and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
