Our flagship product, Proflo-U, empowers healthcare providers to monitor kidney function with greater precision and ease. As a Field Sales & Application Executive, you will be the face of our product—demonstrating it to healthcare professionals, installing and supporting its use, and helping doctors and diagnostic labs experience the power of real-time kidney health monitoring. Working Days: 06(Monday to Saturday) Incentive: Performance-Linked Incentives. Travel: Yes (This profile requires extensive travelling in multiple states as and when required). Type: Full-Time. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate and sell Proflo-U to clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare professionals. Provide application support: installation, training, troubleshooting with the help of the backend technical team. Build and maintain relationships with Nephrologists, Diabetologists, and key decision-makers. Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic territory planning and active client engagement. Educate and train customers on Proflo-U’s benefits and usage. Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing campaigns and customer success. Travel extensively across states for product demonstrations, onboarding, and follow-ups. Stay informed on industry trends, market needs, and competitor landscape.
