Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a D365 Retail Functional Consultant. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, configuring and implementing D365 solutions tailored to retail operations, and providing ongoing support and consultancy. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, conducting workshops, designing functional solutions, implementing changes, and ensuring the successful deployment of retail systems. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs and develop effective solutions Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to interact with clients and stakeholders Knowledge of Business Processes related to retail operations and transformation Understanding of Finance principles as they relate to retail and D365 applications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in retail modules Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous Show more Show less
