Job Description: Trident is looking to onboard a Trainer cum SME to drive user adoption of Microsoft Co-Pilot within Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Retail). The candidate will lead training, develop use cases, and act as the internal Co-Pilot evangelist for teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training programs and workshops on Microsoft Co-Pilot Develop use-case-based demos for D365 Finance, SCM, Retail modules Create guides, cheat sheets, and training documentation Collaborate with Power Platform & ERP teams for Co-Pilot adoption Support PoCs and client enablement sessions Key Skills: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations 5+ years Familiar with Co-Pilot, Power Platform, Power Automate Strong presentation & communication skills Functional expertise in core ERP business processes Experience in user training or enablement projects Preferred: Microsoft Certifications (D365 F&O, Power Platform) Experience in Retail / Manufacturing domain Knowledge of Data verse, AI Builder, Viva Learning How to Apply: Send your CV to careers@tridentinfo.com
