Job Description Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for software solution sales (Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions) Build sales strategies to meet sales objectives, support customer satisfaction, secure business retention and increase market share while developing strong, long lasting client relationships. Identify gap fit and suggest suitable product to prospects Identify, validate and drive new opportunities Drive an aggressive annual revenue and signings target while accurately forecasting revenue and effectively managing a sales funnel and overall results Responsible for managing the entire gamut of sales operations of the region thereby achieving the sales target as set at the commencement Have excellent Presentation & Communication skills. Should handle first level product presentations. Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Delivery for Product Presentations, Demo, Build POC and prepare deliver proposals to customers. Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, delivery consultants, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of projects. Maintain good long-term relations with existing & new clients. Preferred candidate profile 7 Yrs or more exp in software/solutions sales Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP sales is desirable Proven success in prospecting and managing a territory and/or growing presence within accounts Ability to interact with CXOs is a must. Good customer relationship and communication skills Experience and demonstrable relationships with corporate-level executives Willing to take risk and achieve individual & company targets Should be open to travel

The candidate will lead training, develop use cases, and act as the internal Co-Pilot evangelist for teams and clients.
