D2C Growth Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled D2C Growth Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have worked in/for a D2C brand and possess 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for executing paid media campaigns, developing strategies to increase brand visibility, and driving engagement on Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Lead and execute paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) including ad creation, budgeting, targeting, and optimization to ensure ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially within Meta platforms.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth on Meta platforms by optimizing paid media strategies for high ROI and achieving targets. Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic campaigns, product launches, and promotions. Implement performance tracking to measure revenue and customer acquisition, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and meeting campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have worked in/for a D2C brand.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger).
• Knowledge: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, and other Meta tools. Strong understanding of paid social media strategy, targeting, and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
