Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack online orders as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure correct labelling, tagging, and safe packaging of products. Maintain daily records of packed orders and update tracking logs if required. Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for smooth order handover.
