E-Commerce Executive

Mission: Keep our ecommerce engine running—own daily catalog/trading and end-to-end shipping ops across our D2C site and marketplaces to deliver on-time, cost-efficient fulfillment and great CX.

What you’ll do

• Shipping & fulfillment (Shiprocket + marketplaces):
• Create and process shipments in Shiprocket (order import, courier selection rules, COD/prepaid handling, NDR workflow).
• Generate AWB labels, invoices, packing slips, manifest & handover, and schedule pickups with 3PLs.
• Create shipments directly in marketplace panels—Amazon Seller Central (Easy Ship/Self-Ship), Flipkart Seller Hub, and category platforms (Myntra/AJIO, Nykaa/Tira) as applicable.
• Ensure SLA compliance (RTD cut-offs), weight & dimensions entry, and address/phone verification to cut RTOs.
• Track live orders, action NDR (reattempts, address updates), raise lost/damaged claims, and reconcile weight disputes/excess freight.
• Manage reverse pickups, exchanges/returns, and refurb/relist with Warehouse/CS.
• Catalog & content: Create/maintain listings, attributes, keywords, GST/Legal Metrology; upload images/A+ content across Shopify and marketplaces.
• Pricing & promos: Set up coupons, Lightning Deals/BD/ GIF/EOSS, and onsite merchandising/banners.
• Inventory & orders: Update stock, raise ASNs/POs, coordinate with WMS/3PL (Unicommerce/Vinculum; Delhivery/Blue Dart/Ecom Express/Shiprocket).
• Ads & trading support: Pull search term reports, negatives, and basic campaign hygiene for Amazon/Flipkart Ads under manager guidance.
• CRM & onsite: Execute basic email/WhatsApp/SMS flows; maintain homepage/collections.
• Analytics & reporting: Daily MIS—sales, OTD/OTS, RTO, NDR, shipping cost/order, ACOS/ROAS/TACOS, OOS; hygiene and claims trackers in Sheets/Looker.

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years in ecommerce ops with hands-on shipment creation in Shiprocket and marketplace panels (Amazon Easy Ship/Self-Ship, Flipkart).
• Strong Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, text functions); basic GA4.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven; clear written communication with CS/Warehouse/3PLs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Myntra/AJIO, Nykaa/Tira; quick-commerce (Blinkit/Instamart/Zepto).
• Tools: Unicommerce/Vinculum, WebEngage/MoEngage/Klaviyo; basic Canva/Figma; SQL basics.

Pay: ₹9,579.51 - ₹34,706.11 per month
