Job Description

We are a fast-growing D2c brand with a strong focus on community, creativity, and digital storytelling. We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Executive to help us craft compelling content and manage relationships with influencers who align with our brand values.

Job Summary

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, while also coordinating with influencers to amplify our reach and brand visibility. This role requires a balance of creativity, communication skills, and a finger on the pulse of social trends.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

  • Develop and execute daily/weekly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Create engaging copy, visuals, and short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)
  • Work closely with the design and product teams to align content with marketing campaigns and launches
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach metrics

Influencer & Creator Collaboration

  • Identify and onboard influencers aligned with our brand voice and audience
  • Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and briefing
  • Track deliverables, approvals, and performance of influencer campaigns
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors

Community & Trend Monitoring

  • Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities
  • Engage with followers and community members by responding to comments, DMs, and UGC
  • Bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the table to keep our brand relevant and exciting

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a D2C or content-heavy brand
  • Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Strong skills in content ideation, writing, and basic video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for influencer and cross-team coordination
  • Passionate about internet culture, creators, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with influencer platforms (e.g., Upfluence, GRIN, AspireIQ)
  • Understanding of performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, CPM)
  • Basic knowledge of paid social or boosting posts is a plus
  • Photography, editing, or motion design experience is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,391.66 - ₹35,629.51 per month
