Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Enter, update, and manage customer or client data accurately.
  • Follow scripts, process workflows, and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Meet performance metrics like quality, turnaround time, and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Prepare basic reports or updates as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (varies by company).
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Typing and basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,802.00 - ₹1,579,487.22 per year
