Role Overview

Cybersecurity Sales Consultant

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
• Understand client business models and recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and product positioning to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team to prepare solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders such as CISOs, IT Heads, and CTOs.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
• Represent TechensGlobal at client meetings, partner sessions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and deals in the CRM system.

🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in B2B IT or cybersecurity solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains including:
• Endpoint Security, DLP, Email Security, SIEM, SOC, XDR, MDR, Compliance & Risk Assessment.
• Experience with managed security services and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to handle enterprise clients and manage sales pipelines independently.
• Familiarity with RFPs, solution positioning, and proposal development.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network in the Bangalore region is desirable.
