Role Overview We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Cybersecurity Sales Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT sales, with a strong understanding of security products, services, and the ability to engage with enterprise clients and stakeholders. ✅ Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity space. Understand client business models and recommend appropriate security solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and product positioning to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with the technical/pre-sales team to prepare solutions, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders such as CISOs, IT Heads, and CTOs. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitive products, and market dynamics. Represent TechensGlobal at client meetings, partner sessions, and industry events. Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and deals in the CRM system. 🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in B2B IT or cybersecurity solution sales. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains including: Endpoint Security, DLP, Email Security, SIEM, SOC, XDR, MDR, Compliance & Risk Assessment. Experience with managed security services and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. Proven ability to handle enterprise clients and manage sales pipelines independently. Familiarity with RFPs, solution positioning, and proposal development. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Strong network in the Bangalore region is desirable. 🌟 Why Join TechensGlobal?
