Cyber Security Expert

Job Summary

CS Soft Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, a strong understanding of security frameworks, and the ability to guide clients through risk management, compliance, and secure architecture.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping secure solutions across industries including IT, BFSI, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to clients—assess posture, identify vulnerabilities, and provide remediation plans.
• Conduct risk analyses, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and compliance audits.
• Design and implement cybersecurity frameworks and security policies tailored to client environments.
• Respond to security incidents and lead investigations and containment efforts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Collaborate with internal DevOps, Engineering, and IT teams for secure solution design.
• Interact with client CXOs to design cybersecurity roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead proposal development and contribute to pre-sales cybersecurity efforts.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cybersecurity projects end-to-end.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Experience in threat detection, incident response, and network security.
• Proficiency with tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit, Wireshark.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to clients in sectors like IT, BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Preferred Certifications: CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, GDPR/DPO.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a consulting or MSSP environment.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
• Background in forensics or threat hunting.
